Project summary
The project aims to further develop eHealth solution tools to provide help and support to children and adults who have health, social, functional, or communication challenges to better cope with their situation and attain a healthy everyday life.
The project will work for the further development, facilitation, and use of electronic tools, methodologies, instruments, and processes that will;
- Enable patients to better cope with their illness and improve their quality of life
- Pave the way for better interaction with health providers – on the patient’s own terms
- Enable health providers’ knowledge in user-based and user-focused communication, treatment and care
The purpose of further developing eHealth solution tools is to help children and adults handle health-related challenges, and also, support the improvement of the flow of communication and interaction between health professionals and patients, also within the healthcare system itself.
